Are you hot? Dude. I’m hot. And I’m talking the sweaty-variety, sadly, not the smokin’-hot-bod-variety.
I’ve hit my peak of summer sweat flow which means, clearly, the only solution is for me to start consuming large quantities of ice cream since summer isn’t even close to abating yet.

What if I say any flavor because I just plain love ice cream? But, if I go to the ice cream shop, I tend to get at least one scoop of Butter Pecan. I love it, my husband doesn’t so I don’t buy it for home . . now if I could make two flavors . . we’d both be happy !!

I was actually just researching homemade ice cream makers for my husband’s birthday. PERFECT TIMING!
I have noticed these little ice cream makers lately. We have a big container of homemade vanilla in our freezer now. It’d be nice to experiment with smaller batches of new flavors. My favorite flavor was chocolate amaretto from a a local ice cream shop. Now, they only have vanilla amaretto, which is still good.
I love mint chocolate chip or maybe chocolate with Reese’s PB cups. What a fun prize pack! Living in Georgia, our summer is far from over!

Maybe this seems a bit weird, but I really enjoy vanilla with a bit of honey drizzled over the top. Add some strawberries and voila! Perfection in a bowl.

Ben & Jerrys used to have a DELICIOUS flavor- Creme Brulee. Seriously it was the best ice cream that I have ever had. Sadly they discontinued it. I’m always up for a bowl of peppermint ice cream though.
