I would love to see anything in this cookbook as I know they are a wonderful recipe source, but currently I’ve been trying to add a few more vegetarian meals to my repertoire so I’d love to see a nice bean or lentil dish in there. As growing up, my mother would go through magazines, cookbooks, and television shows just to try out new recipes. Sometimes they were okay but other times, it was torture for us kids. I’m now thankful for my mother for venturing out of our culture and introducing so many amazing dishes she made for us through the years. I remember her making her own pasta and how delicious it was. I would love to find some good recipes for homemade pasta and pasta sauces.
