I thought it would be appropriate to celebrate my huge website makeover, the fact that sometimes I can’t believe I’ve really been at this blogging thing for over 5 years now, your patience while I work through some of the bugs of the redesign and the fact that my FB page surpassed 15,000 likes last week by giving away something very near and dear to my heart.

Do you love paninis? Grilled cheese? French toast (because, yes, I make french toast in this all the time)? Then, your life will not be complete until you have this panini press/griddler thingy that has been a part of my life for a year now and that I use all.the.time. Isn’t she pretty? Because we eat panini sandwiches at least twice a week (have you seen this Make-a-Panini spreadsheet?
