  621. I would LOVE a perfect New York Style Cheesecake recipe!! I’ve tried zillions and haven’t found “the one” yet.

  622. I’ve been a fan of Cook’s Illustrated since the days it was known as Cook’s magazine, which Chris Kimball bought and turned into CI. I’d love to find a recipe for stracciataccitelli soup, a simple, chicken broth based soup made with egg whites and pasta. I’ve found several recipes elsewhere, but none seem to work out as well they say (if CI has it, I know I can trust it!).

  623. Oh, oh, Pick me!!!! Thanks for the chance! πŸ™‚

  624. The recipe I hope to find is one that I don’t have to preface with “I’ve never tried this recipe before, so I don’t know how it will be…let me know if it’s a keeper.” Nope. No need to say that AT ALL if it’s from America’s Test Kitchen/CI – because they already tested it and KNOW it’s a keeper!!

  625. Any kind of fish recipes would really suit me. I’m not fond of fish that’s simply baked to the fall apart stage. I prefer mine firm, yet cooked through, and seasoned with a savory blend of spices. The recipes also need to be diabetic friendly.

  663. I would love a great recipe for a potato soup.

  664. I would love to see some delicious quick breads!

  666. I would love to see a Beef Stroganoff recipe!! (that doesn’t involve canned soup)…
or Cabbage Rolls or Pierogie’s… I’m not picky!!

  667. Ooo – a snickerdoodle recipe would not go amiss in our house. I tend to fail miserably with those. I always need soup recipes – it seems to be the one type of food that I fail at without a tried-and-true recipe. I love anything on the pastry side of things…
And seriously, this is pretty much the only magazine I pick up at the checkout. Because, come on – it’s so GOOD!
