Yogurt Flatbread Recipe
Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and plain yogurt to form a soft dough.
Cut the dough into 12 wedges or triangles.
Shape each triangle into a rough ball - no need to be perfect!
Roll each ball into a 6-inch circle on a lightly floured counter.
Cook on a preheated griddle until bubbles form on the top.
Flip and cook until puffy and golden.
Serve warm (with butter!) or at room temperature.
