CARAMEL PEAR CRISP

Move over apple crisp! This amazingly delicious caramel pear crisp is full of sweet, juicy pears with the perfect amount of buttery, crunchy topping.

Butter, light brown sugar, salt, whipping cream, vanilla, pears, lemon juice, flour, cinnamon, rolled oats, vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce

For the caramel sauce, in a medium heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine the butter, sugar, salt and cream.

Toss the pears in a large bowl with the lemon juice, flour and cinnamon.

Bake the crisp until the edges are bubbling and the top has deepened in color, 45-50 minutes.

Serve with vanilla ice cream and remaining caramel sauce.
