EASY NO-KNEAD SOURDOUGH PEASANT BREAD

This easy no-knead sourdough peasant bread is soft, fluffy, and doesn’t need any long rising times. It works with either fed or discard sourdough starter!

INGREDIENTS

Persimmon

- bread flour - granulated sugar - instant yeast - salt - warm water - sourdough starter

Radish
Artichoke
Carrot

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

In a large bowl, add the flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Whisk to combine.

STEP 2

Add the water and sourdough starter and mix with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon until the ingredients form a shaggy, sticky ball and no dry streaks remain.

STEP 3

Cover the bowl and let the dough rise until doubled, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

STEP 4

Place an oven rack in the center position. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
