GINGERBREAD COOKIE BUTTER OATMEAL COOKIES

One taste and you’ll wonder why it took so long to combine the flavors of gingerbread into a cookie. Gingerbread oatmeal cookies! Amazing!

INGREDIENTS

Persimmon

- salted butter - cookie butter - granulated sugar - packed light brown sugar - baking soda - baking powder - salt - ground ginger - molasses - vanilla extract

Radish
Artichoke
Carrot

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together the butter, cookie butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar.

STEP 2

Baking soda, baking powder, salt and ginger until creamy and fluffy, 1-2 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.

STEP 3

Add the molasses, vanilla and eggs and mix until well-combined, 1-2 minutes, Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the flour and quick oats and mix until combined.

STEP 4

Scoop the dough into balls about 2 tablespoons each and place a couple inches apart on the baking sheets.
