GRATE BUTTER INTO  DRY INGREDIENTS

ADD BUTTERMILK AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS

MIX UNTIL JUST  BARELY COMBINED

Gently press the dough into  a rectangle and cut into triangles.

PAT AND CUT

Coarse sugar gives a  delightful crunch!

BRUSH WITH BUTTER  AND SUGAR

Watch closely so they  don't overbake!
