SATAY CHICKEN NOODLE SALAD

- Creamy peanut butter - Garlic - Sesame oil - Low-sodium soy sauce - Brown sugar - Sriracha or chili paste - Fresh lime juice - Coconut milk - Salt - Chicken breasts - Curry powder

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a blender and process until smooth. Set aside.

STEP 2

Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

STEP 3

While the noodles cook, toss the chicken with the salt, pepper, curry powder, and soy sauce.

STEP 4
