Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
For a thicker consistency, add additional ice and blend or drizzle in pineapple juice or cream to thin, if needed.
Pour into glasses (optional: chill the glasses in freezer before serving) and serve immediately.

Flavor Variations:Half of the ice can be replaced with frozen strawberries or frozen bananas.Cream of Coconut:Cream of coconut is often found near the alcoholic drinks aisle (but it does not contain alcohol) or sometimes in the baking aisle or international foods aisle. It is not the same as coconut milk or coconut cream. Looks for packaging that specifically states "cream of coconut" - Coco Lopez and Goya are common brands. The ingredients will include sugar and coconut.
