Instructions
For the chicken, in a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, salt, oregano, cumin, paprika, and pepper.
Place the chicken in a shallow dish or Ziploc bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Turn to coat evenly. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours.
For the garlic sauce, whisk together all the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Preheat the grill to medium-high. Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers and grill for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
To serve, place greens down the center of each wrap, followed by slices of tomato, grilled chicken and a spoonful of spicy garlic sauce.
Notes
Flatbread: here is my favorite homemade version. Storebought flatbread or pita's also work great here!Garlic: if you're a garlic lover, feel free to step it up and add more garlic to both the marinade and the sauce.
