Toffee Apple Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- ¾ to 1 cup packed brown sugar (depending on how sweet you want the dip)
- ½ cup chopped toffee bits
- Apple slices, for dipping
Instructions
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment or in a medium bowl using a handheld electric mixer, add the cream cheese and brown sugar, and mix together on medium speed until well-combined and creamy.
- Add the toffee bits and mix until evenly combined.
- Store the dip in a covered container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Serve with sliced apples.
