Would it be possible to make mini cookies from these recipes (specifically your best choc chip and double choc chip one)? Should i just bake them for a short amount of time? My sibs and i prefer miniature-sized cookies and deserts in general — that way we can eat all we want w/o feeling guilty.
Hi Ruby – it might specifically depend on each recipe but I think for the most part all these would transition well to mini cookies that are baked for several minutes less.
Dear mel i really love all of your recipes you are great
but i want to try cookies with shortening instead of the butter any idea plz and a recipe
thx in advance

Mel, where can you delicious chocolate, oatmeal, coconut cookie be found? It calls for part dark and light brown sugar? Am I blind or is it gone? I thought I asked you on here somewhere before looking for it so sorry if you’ve answered me on a another feed and I just haven’t realized it.
Mel– we are trying to master the delicate and oh-so-delicious beacon hill cookie at our house… have you ever attempted to create this decadent cookie?? We just can’t seem to get it right… please help us end our torment!
Your recipes look great not if you have a picture of the cookies along side the recipe then people would know what they look like when making them.
