  2. Lisa – if you read through the comments on the cheesy funeral potato post, I believe someone tried making them in the slow cooker with great results. I think that would be the best option for your situation. Good luck!

  3. I would like to make the cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes for a graduation dinner. Can I make them ahead of time? We will be gone for hours before the dinner and I was trying to figure out how to have them made, still warm, but not mushy cornflakes….Any suggestions? I would welcome them!
