4th of July Food

For those of you celebrating the upcoming 4th of July holiday this weekend, I’ve got you covered for menu planning. Below, in one handy dandy place, are all the recipes I wish I could serve for an epic BBQ. You know, if I had five extra hands, 40 additional daylight hours and if I was actually socially motivated enough to throw a party of that magnitude.ย But at least I’m giving you options, right? You can narrow them down depending on which ones call out to you.

If I had to choose just one or two from each category, my 4th of July menu would (ok, will) look something like this:
Grilled Steak and Veggie Kebabs
Grilled Island Chicken
My Favorite Coleslaw
Fresh Green Bean Salad with Balsamic Dressing
Classic Potato Salad
Honey Lime Fruit Salad
Berries on a Cloud or S’Mores Cookie Bars
Ginger Ale Mint Limeade

Happy menu planning!ย
