I wish you a…
We have made the trek from Minnesota to Montana and I’ll be spending this week eating up every magical second with my family (and eating up lots of delicious grub, too, I imagine!). May your holidays truly be filled with all the precious things important to you. I can’t help but think of all of my treasured blessings during this poignant holiday season and my prayers are continually with those whose lives are harder, more pained and heart achingly challenged right now. While I know not everyone has the same Christian belief, my faith is in Jesus Christ who was born long, long ago and who strengthens me each and every day through His love, His life and His mercy. I am forever grateful for His humble birth and for the true meaning of this Christmas season.
I’ll see YOU after the holidays with some incredibly delicious recipes to start the new year off right. Thank you for your support of me and my simple little blog. I love each and every one of your guts. Celebrate well!

Mel – I stumbled upon your blog when I found your twice baked casserole that I have yet to make, but can’t wait to try. I just wanted to let you know that you have a new follower. Your recipes look marvelous and I have enjoyed peeking at your blog. It caught my attention when your comments on your Merry Christmas blog confirmed your belief in Jesus Christ. Plus, I see you are too, from Minnesota.
